Maintal/Montabaur, July 5, 2017: yourfone, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Drillisch AG, and 1&1, a subsidiary of United Internet AG, are launching a sales partnership with immediate effect. This partnership plans to sell 1&1 DSL and fixed network products Germany wide in more than 200 yourfone shops. With this move, yourfone is expanding its attractive product portfolio and now also offering customers the respective home connections.

With high-performance DSL and fixed network rates from 1&1, customers at yourfone shops will immediately enjoy access to high-speed Internet with up to 100 Mbit/s. The DSL Basic entry-level rate offering a full 100 GB per month is available for as little as €9.99 per month in the first year (€24.99 subsequently). The DSL 16, DSL 50 and DSL 100 rates promise endless surfing enjoyment from just €14.99 per month (in the first year in DSL 16, subsequently €29.99 per month). Trained sales staff in yourfone shops will also be on hand immediately to provide advice on attractive entertainment options and information about hardware to suit the DSL rates.

"We're pleased with the launch of our sales partnership. With their excellent value for money, 1&1 DSL and fixed network products are offering a perfect fit with yourfone," explains Heiko Hambückers, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at yourfone AG. "This will now enable our customers to also enjoy high-speed Internet at home."

1&1 emerged as the Germany wide winner in the renowned fixed network test of the specialist journal connect. Of all the companies providing services across entire Germany, 1&1 was the only one to be awarded the "very good" overall rating, among others - thereby ranking ahead of competitors such as Deutsche Telekom, O2 and Vodafone all of which were rated as "good". Europe's biggest specialist telecoms magazine conducts its test annually, and in 2017 analyzed test connections of seven renowned providers in the "voice", "data", "Web services" and "WebTV" categories.
