The personal access data required for this purpose will be sent to the shareholders or their proxies after registration for the Annual General Meeting.

Confirmation of the vote count pursuant to section 129 (5) sentence 1 AktG: Pursuant to section 129 (5) sentence 1 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the person voting may request confirmation from the company within one month of the day of the Annual General Meeting as to whether and how his or her vote was counted.
